On - -, a PayPal Credit account was open without my consent. A credit inquiry was made by PayPal credit with -. Once I found out I immediately notified PayPal credit of the fraud and closed the account. I was told to fax in a letter explaining the situation and PayPal Credit would contact - directly and have the inquiry removed. I faxed the letter and received a letter from PayPal that I need to contact - myself. So I did so and - informed me that PayPal must contact them directly, I can not resolve the issue alone. So I informed PayPal of this and again they told me to fax a letter explaining everything and they would handle it. I sent my - fax to them and received the same letter as before saying that I must contact - directly. I called PayPal again and spoke with a manager named - - she basically told me its my problem and they refuse to do anything for me.
