A lady name - - called me at - today from ( - ) - saying that a case has been filed against me for fraudulent activity and connected to my SSN. She left a call back number that is different from the one she called me from at ( - ) - ex : - and I called back and a different woman I ca n't remember the name of answered saying I owe a Medical Debt for an ambulance ride for $2700.00. This is different from fraudulent activity. The lady started asking for my checking information and I refused to give it to her and I asked if there 's any way to pay by mail. She told me I had plenty of opportunities to pay by mail and that I was receiving a lot of mail from them, which is n't true. I did receive some mail a while back, but I had no way to pay off the debt at the time. I told her I 'm willing to pay $40.00 per month now, which is what I can barely do, because I only work part time and I school part time, but I would prefer
