Apparently I was provided as a reference '' for an auto loan for a friend. To my recollection I was never contacted for the reference. Now the person with the loan in behind on payments and this company called me - to have him contact them ''. The first time I thought it was because I was the reference and the loan was just being initiated. The - time I found out that they must be behind on payments. I did n't sign up for anything and they should n't be calling me.
