GE Capital Retail Credit Card Complaint

GE Capital Retail Credit card department,

Delinquent account Ohio

I opened a lowes credit card and my account get sold to a collection company. When I called lowes to pay my bill they told me to call the collection compary witch I did so and the collection compary told me that I no longer own them for this account and if should not be on my credit reports any more. But lowes is still reporting that I own the collection company and will not take it off. I sent lowes a letter that the collection company sent me and then still reporting to all credit company that I own them,
