Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Alabama

On - -, 2015 I requested that Lexis-Nexis provide me with free annual reports of all facets of its consumer reporting group. Lexis-Nexis partially complied with the request. Lexis-Nexis failed to provide me with a free annual consumer report from their - division. I demand that Lexis-Nexis provide me with free annual report that is created by the - division. I have tried to talk with the - department, but their automated answering system keeps me on hold for - minutes and then hangs up on me. I have tried every communication method that Lexis-Nexis provides and each one of them stymies my attempts to clear this problem on my own. Currently Lexis-Nexis is in violation of the FCRA and FACTA statutes because they failed to provide me with the - free annual report within - days of the - -, 2015 request. Lexis-Nexis - divison is required to answer consumer inquiries within a time frame dictated by regulations. Lexis-Nexis - has failed to respond to my repeated calls within the legislated time, therefore that is a - violation of FCRA.
