Citi Bank has called me a minimum of 3 times ( sometimes up to - ) every day since - -. I realize that I do have an outstanding debt, but lost my last job after a medical issue and started another in the beginning of -. In the time that I have been awaiting my - paycheck ( so that I can pay them ) I have received calls every single day while I try to go about my life and do well in a new profession. I called them and was told that it is perfectly legal for them to call me that frequently when I owe them money, but I do not believe that is the case.
