I presented a loan application for a Equity line of credit against an investment property, after I interviewed with - -, in Regions Bank I have been banking with then about 5 years or more, and he told me I should be able to qualify without problem after he reviewed all my documentation. I made $110000.00 yearly, I have been in the same job for 3 years, in the same line of work since 2001, the house is free and clear and they will have - lien position. I have a credit score of - according to credit report they pulled from -, they told me the score required for qualification was - but they still denied me because they said their custom credit score is only -!!!!
