I enrolled in a payday loan debt consolidation program - ( - ) in -/-/- owing - lenders @ $300.00 each. I finished the program in -/-/- after - withdrew $400.00 each month for 6 months. I was promised a closure letter and finally received it -/-/-. In addition, - of the lenders sent me a letter stating that they had not been paid and that the item was in collection. This is true and my credit score has been adversely affected. - -, manager at - - - - states that they have been paid yet I have requested a proof of payment as recently as -/-/- and have not received it. I contacted Ad Astra/- and they state they have not received any payment.
