I bank with Regions bank and everytime I visit this new branch in - - -, fl I have an issue making deposits or withdraws.I was called by the tellers telling me my bank card was closed out and they would like me to come in to issue a new one.One week passed and the new card was not there.So they canceled that card and ordered another and that - never showed up as well.I became upset and asked to speak with the manager and she was rude.She told me I would just have to wait to get a card or keep coming in to make deposits and withdraws.I ended up going to another branch location in - - and they took care of the whole mix up and situation.I just wanted to withdraw and deposit my money.I am disappointed because i received a phone call today from the other Branch on - - saying that they have to right to close my account for any reason and will be doing so today, so i needed to come pick up the check or they will mail it out.- was the managers name very rude, unhelpful and unknowledgeable.
