TD Bank Bank account or service department,
Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Connecticut
TD bank overdraft fees - set up new - new accts, - saving & - checking with debit card. I was clear I only wanted too use money on my card, but in signing all paperwork I did sign off on overdraft protection. - weekend I had - debit withdrawals ( all under $15.00 some only $2.00 ) - they were not deducted from avail cash and all processed on Monday, using the highest amount - ( not the dates of withdrawal ) thus creating $170.00 in overdraft fees. I went to bank to - ct branch and spoke to branch mgr & Vice President, - fee was removed but would not remove $140.00, my mentor then went too see her and was told it 's all his fault, not the banks, and perhaps we need to due a better job teaching life skills, and maybe he should n't be on his own yet we 've exhausted all avenues with bank, with no help because they all refere too what this Vice President put into acct, our last conversation was with a customer service supervisor ( - ) that told us nothing could 've changed because it 's all done by computer algorithms.
