I have a charge account that is control by Wels Fargo where I had a balance of - and a - charge of interest had been added to the account. I have not been receiving the bills and I have been telling them that as well. Every time I talked to them they said my address has been corrected and I still never received my bill. Now that they say the terms have passed they say I owe the total amount of interest on the account. I tried to explain this to them but they did not care. They said it was my fault and that I owe them the money. I have paid the remaining balance the -. I do n't know what to do, this seems like it is fraudulent on their part.
