Navy FCU Credit card department,
Navy Federal refuses to transfer money from my checking account to my credit card. They refuse to send me their arbitration certificate which is stated in their membership agreement is available. Every time I call Navy Federal they disconnect the call or place me on extended hold periods. They mishandled a dispute and recharged my credit card and a credit card that I am an authorized signor on. Navy Federal refuses to provide me with information regarding their alleged investigation and the information on why they denied my claim. I am also not receiving paper credit card statements in the mail, I receive emails to view my statement online but my online access is blocked. I want to records of all the statements that have been mailed.
