Navy FCU Credit card department,
I have recently checked my credit report and I am showing - late payments on my account due no fault of my own. I requested that my statements be mailed as soon as possible to a different address due to me leaving town on an emergency and not having computer to pay for it online as I usual do. I was informed that this understandable and that all payments were received on time as arranged with the reps. I do not understand why I have - late payments showing on my report when I made a payment arrangement each time and was told I had nothing to worry about and everything was taken care of.
