HSBC Debt collection department,

Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Attempted to/Collected exempt funds Michigan

- and - contacted me concerning a debt that I owed to HSBC in the amount of -. They set up payment arrangements and collected the money. I received a letter from The - - showing this debt to be paid off. Now I am finding out that I had already paid this debt back in 2012. I tried to contact them to receive my money back to find that the phone number is just busy or you can not leave them a msg for a return call.
