I ordered grass sod at - but I have called to customer service and canceled it. a couple of days later, they charged me so that I called to complain and request for getting a refund on first week of -. but they said grass sod already shipped out so they could not refund. I never got sod since i called and canceled on end of -, also I called to customer service many time but always I had a same answer.
