Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Colorado

I have private student loans from Key Bank I owe $58000.00 they will not consolidate them, or find a payment plan that will give me a chance to pay back my loans. I need help right now my loan is in 'Charge Off '. I only make $15.00 and hour and need assistance in getting them consolidated and find a payment that I can afford. Thank -
