Barclays Credit card department,
Used my card to pay for service/fee ( exit tax at - - airport ) and the merchant processed as a cash transaction. I was unaware of this. I was charged $10.00 plus interest. Barclaycard offered to remove both charges, which is fine but that is only part of the problem/resolution.
