I am a victim of identity theft. I do not owe for this debt. A representative from Credit Collection Services continuously called me and harassed me, and told me I will be arrested if I do n't take care of this debt. Credit Collection Services is in violation of the Minnesota Debt Collection laws and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
