Good Morning, I pulled my credit bureau report from - and I discovered EOS-CCA had a debt account inherited from - - - tied to me. All information and letters stating I had an account in collections with them never reached me as they were sending all correspondence to an address inhabited by other parties and not owned by myself. They refuse to acknowledge the fact that I never received any correspondence and have the documentation to prove I was on a lease in another city as well as employment information that I am employed in another city so I was not able to receive any correspondence to handle this issue before they submitted my account to the credit agencies.
