I have a card with Chase for many years and I spend a lot of money with the card. I have had couple of instances that I have disputed a charge with them, but their dispute resolution department is very bad at responding to issues. ON this last one, I have started the process -, every time, I have sent them documentation, and after 2-3 weeks I get a letter back from someone saying that they didnt get documents, so they are not doing anything or that they do not feel that I have a case without a reason. The same is true with all of the services that Visa offers. Like purchase protection, theft protection, extra warranty, and .... Every time, this is a bust.
