My bank mailed a check to Wells Fargo on -/-/15. I have confirmation and can send you an image of it. Wells Fargo claims the mail did not arrive until -/-/2015. The payment was due on -/-/15. Wells Fargo charged me $38.00 for a late payment and will not waive the charge.
