Insight Capital LLC (NV) Debt collection department,

Payday loan Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay West Virginia

On -/-/- I was contacted by - - - stating that I owed a payday loan from - ( they said - had bought out several other payday loan companies and were just now collecting the debt ) from -/-/-. They stated that unless I paid that day they would charge me with fraud and I would be served with a summons either at home or at work to go to court. They had all my personal information including my social security number. In my profession it would hurt my job if they were to come to my place of work .They caught me off guard and scared me to death. My husband and I paid the $1000.00 dollars. At this time - - sent me a document through e-mail that I had paid the loan off in full. This is a document that I could have typed up myself. There is nothing that suggests that this is an official document from a legitimate company. I have received no documentation from them concerning this debt. Then I went to my bank and talked with them. They advised me that it was probably a scam and I had fraud protection on


with a summons at my home or job. They also said by then I would have to pay for legal representation, court costs and interest on the loan so it would be better to pay now. I have asked over and over for documentation that I owe this money. I also asked for a copy of the original contract from the original company. I have yet to receive any documentation or an address and phone for -. I have tried to find a number on the internet for this company but the numbers I do find are not working. I also - the address for - - - and it is an address for a shipping company. I did take out some payday loans years ago ( stupidly ) because we were in a financial crisis, but I know I paid them all back. I have told them I would gladly pay if they could show me some documentation, but - - just said they would send the information on to -.
