I am receiving letters from Thunderbird Collections Specialists Inc in regards to a medical bill that my fianc had with - - -. This company has tried to report this to my credit report and saying that my last name is my fiancs which it is not. I have advise the collections agency that I am not responsible for this account since we are n't married at this time and that they needed to remove it off of my credit. I advise them to not contact me to my cell anymore. A few days goes by and they continue to contact me about this account, advise them again to quit contacting me. It has been weeks since the last call I have received, now I come home from work to get a treating letter that is address to me who 's not responsible for the debt '' ... .... and the letter state YOU HAVE FAILED TO MAKE ACCEPTABLE ARRANGEMENTS WITH US REGARDING THE ABOVE REFERENCED ACCOUNT. WILL IT BE AGREEABLE WITH YOU FOR US TO CONTACT YOUR EMPLOYER AND ARRANGE TO HAVE THIS DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SALARY BY MEANS OF A VOLUNTARY WAGE ASSIGNMENT? PLEASE REPLY IMMEDIATELY .... SINCERELY, THE PERSON NAME '' which is a treat to me and will not be stand for!!!! This account also should had been covered by her insurance from - - - - - -, which had fraud and internet breach around the time that they are saying it was n't paid. I am including - different letters that have been sent from this company and that I view as collections treating.
