JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I have Chase - Credit Card with JPMorgan Chase and I was charged $37.00 in interest despite having paid my balance. I reached out to JPMorgan to informally resolve the issue, but was just given formulas and told the $37.00 would not be given back. Right now my full balance is paid and has been since my statement ended. I believe Chase either intentionally or mistakenly took $37.00 from me. - # - so I will fight back, but who knows how often JPMorgan Chase is either intentionally or negligently taken consumers money.
