PayPal Credit Card Complaint

PayPal Credit card department,

Closing/Cancelling account Pennsylvania

PayPal Credit ( dba BillMeLater ) refuses to post refund from - to my account in a timely manner, claiming it take - weeks to process. They further refuse to provide on-line access so that I can check on the status without using their call centers. They are continuing to apply late fees and interest to an item that was refunded and close the account. I believe that this company is engaged in deceptive and fraudulent practices.
