I have recently discovered that - - has reported a delinquent account to my credit report in the amount of $250.00 in which they state on my report that they are the original creditor and that the account was opened -/-/-. There was no such account opened in -/-/-. The original creditor was - ( and - is no longer in business ) in which the account was sent to collections in -/-/- by -. - - failed to have ever send me a debt validation notice 15 U.S.C. 1692g They have further falsified information on my credit report stating that they are the original creditor and that the account was opened in -/-/-, this is simply not true.
