Medicaid paid the approved amount since they had - was approved provider. They charged me with the rest of the bill. I was NOT responsible for any amount. I was covered at 100 %. I contacted - and they were rude and sent it to collection OAC. I disputed this amount - times with - and they never complied. Please review this complaint.
