I have been covered by Medicaid of - since -/-/-. The date of service -/-/-. Medicaid paid the approved amount since they had - was approved provider. They charged me with the rest of the bill. I was NOT responsible for any amount. I was covered at 100 %. I contacted - and they were rude and sent it to collection OAC. I disputed this amount - times with - and they never complied. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount April 4, 2015 - OAC was contacted by - Credit Reporting regarding a dispute I filed and indicated to - that the debt was still active. OAC has placed a debt on my credit report in error and sent me a letter indicating their error. This debt was sent to OAC collections in error by - - -. TransUnion will not remove this debt from my credit report because OAC provided the false statement that this debt is still active. I have attached the letter I received from OAC indicating their error and false statement indicating they have sent notification to the credit bureaus requesting they delete this it... |
