I entered into a contract with - - to design and install a new kitchen in my home. The contract was signed on - -. The contract states I pay 50 % of the contract price at that time, which I did. Contract further stated I had agreed to the design drawn by this company. Which I had. - agreed the cabinets would be installed by the end of -. The designer kept making changes to the design. My husband did initial off on those changes. All changes were made by the deigned. Then I received a call from - stating my cabinets were ready to be installed but I would need to pay the balance. So I went and paid them the final -. The installers arrived on - - to install the kitchen. It was apparent the cabinets would not fit the space. I immediately contacted - and they said the designer would be out to see what had happened. After her visiting we found out the dishwasher purchased from this company would not fit, the oven would not hold a cookie sheet, the vent fan was inoperable. The countertops ( suppose to be stone ) was -.


- many times via mail, email and telephones. She assured me she would take a look at the pictures and all my statements and then send me something in writing. -, I received an email stating my Chase statement was ready for viewing. You can imagine my reaction when I found on - - the had put this back on my account. I called them immediately and was told by the agent that I should have received a letter prior to this being done. I asked him if it meant Chase agreed with the merchant. He stead he did not know but advised to file a re dispute on this charge which I did that day. This merchant at the moment has an oven, a dishwasher cabinet inserts plus the charges for installing these items. We have requested - to pickup the countertops and the vent hood. I believe Chase did not make the correct decision. Also, I do not believe they handled everything in the time allowed for a dispute. I have been a client of theirs for many years. And would expect them to give me the curtesy of advising me of their decision prior to putting it back on my account. I will be happy to send you all the documents, pictures and emails sent to - and to Chase. These noticed began - and rare continuing
