This is an electronic complaint about a letter that was mailed to me from the Executive Office 's - - on - -, 2015. I understand that my payment for my account ending in - is late, but Chase violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. 227, et seq. ( TCPA '' ), by making automated telephone calls and sending text messages to my cell phone, including Collection Calls and Automatic Alerts, in connection with my Chase credit card, without my prior expressed consent. I am actually a member of the - TCPA Settlement against Chase ( - v. Chase, Case No. - -, and expect Chase to eliminate my debt and credit to my personal checking account all applicable FDIC penalty fees (
