This is formal complaint to express my disappointment with the lack of service provided to me from Chase Credit Card Services after explaining the following complaint with a merchant. Merchant : - - - -On - - I held my son 's - party with the merchant listed about. The complaint is as followed : A written statement was sent to inform merchant of my negative/positive experience with the food and services that I paid for on -. First the food was great, however, I am very disappointed in the level of service that was provided. Per the contract, the staff was to look after my party and refill buffet food accordingly especially when - - imposes a mandatory 20 % gratuity/Service charge, I expected the service to be great and up to par. Unfortunately, the initial service by the staff was unsatisfactory and was not meet per the contract. Listed below is a quick summary as to why : - - The waitresses at the beginning were not attentive to my guess - drink service and refills! Staff did not notify my wife or me when the food was ready so we were not able to inform our guests

This was frustrating to my guests and embarrassing to me. At the end the waitresses were there and they were doing their job and even help cut the cake, but by this time the negative experience outweighed the positive -. Overall our experience was OK, if - is going to implement a mandated 20 % gratuity/service charge we expect 100 % service not 80 % not 70 %. At a minimum I would expect some type of adjustment to the fee/tip. Again, the food was great, but the initial service was unsatisfactory which made my husband very unhappy and was embarrassed by the actions occurred. Respectfully,
