Rushmore loan management services has been sending letters saying we are in default of our mortgage. The most recent letter is dated -/-/2015 and states that we are in default as of -/-/2015. Obviously, this makes no sense. Additionally, according to bank records the mortgage payments sent to Rushmore have been cleared every month since we've had this mortgage. This letter dated -/-/2015 is the - letter we've received. After the - letter I called the company & they said they would take care of it. Today I was told that they couldn't talk to me because I'm not my husband! I am concerned that this will affect our credit rating.
