My name is - -. On - - 2011, I received a letter regarding a debt. At that time gave - options to get a settlement. I called and arrangements to settle this account with option # - ( was to pay a lump-sum payment of $850.00 ). That was a savings of 50 % on my outstanding balance. I received notice from my bank ( - ) that the transaction was processed on - -, 20 11 and the full amount was paid to J.C.Christensen & Associates , Inc. With transaction # -. When I called again to confirm the payment was received, the representative mentioned that no further action was needed from my side and the debt was canceled. I 'm asking for your help to resolve this issue. I look forward to a resolution of this mistake miscommunication between J.C.Christensen & Associated , Inc.
