My father - and I am receiving a demand notice on his reverse mortgage. The uploaded demand notice from the lender, Champion Mortgage, gives me 30 days to pay in full before they initiate foreclosure. - see options A, B, C, or D ) When I called Champion Mortgage I was told they would give me 75 days to submit my intentions with the property or ask for an extension. When I called, I was told they will not put these options in writing. Instead I get the following what I call scare tactic from Champion Mortgage.
