JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
My - son - figured out my - password and in - days made $2700.00 in-app purchases on his iPad without my permission and billed to my Chase credit card. I attempted to dispute these charges as unauthorized with Chase, a customer representative told me that in order for them to recognize the charges as unauthorized I would have to BRING CHARGES AGAINST MY - SON. This is outrageous. According to the Truth in Lending Act, I am only responsible for $50.00 of unauthorized purchases. I am also unhappy about their failure to decline purchases and contact me concerning them, when it is quite obvious that this was aberrant purchasing behavior.
