In -/-/- I made my -/-/- mortgage payment. At the end of -/-/- I made my mortgage payment for -/-/-. Everything was fine until about -/-/- when I started receiving late notices. I did some research and found that LoanCare had applied my -/-/- payment towards -/-/-. So instead of recording - separate months payments as they should have they showed - payment for -. I called and got it resolved without issue. I was assured that this was their mistake and it would not affect my credit score. I have filed a dispute with - with LoanCare but they refuse to change the late. The account was never late.
