Once your name is given, New Century Financial Teams up with - and - which is a law firm located in - NJ and - and - is involved in the -. - & - goes to the court and file factitious and fraudulent judgments against taxpayer. I find out that the person who contact my agency in - works in the Court and also with - and -. They have a scheme where they would constantly Harass and embarrass the taxpayers to the point where they are calling taxpayer 's place of employment and in violation of Federal law. I send a report to the Consumer Affair reporting this case what they did to me, but no ones response yet. Please note that these - account has been paid in full. ( I been calling the person that contact my agency and - and - so they can remove this from my credit ) and now nobody appear.
