my debt was paid off in 1976 through a payroll deduction through the - - paymaster. I have been harassed by numerous collection agencies, over the past 40 years. I dont know where they get their information or why this debt collection persists. When I ask them for details of this debt, or to prove to me that I owe the debt, they respond by saying, prove to us that you do not owe the debt. '' I refer to my - - pay records, and I dont hear from them until they pass the debt to another collection agency. Then is starts all over again
