JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
- Chase charged me $25.00 late fee. The due date is -/-/15. Bill was paid by telephone on -/-/15. I called their customer service yesterday and was advised that payment must be made a certain time of the day ( early in the day ) or there will be late fee, hence the $25.00 charge.
