- - contacted me by phone - -, 2015 stating that I owed $6000.00 to a - - Credit Card that I never had. - - - - stated that I would be taken to court and my wages would be garnished. I sent a certified letter on - -, 2015 telling - - that the debt was not my debt and please do not contact me anymore. - - than sent me a letter stating I now owe $14000.00 since I did not pay the other amount stated. I against sent certified letter to - - stating that under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), to cease all communication with me in regard to the debt ; that is not my debt. I never had a - - Credit card.
