PayPal Money transfers department,
Domestic (US) money transfer Wrong amount charged or received Florida
I received an email from PayPal on - - saying I owed money for PayPal Credit. I do not remember using PayPal credit. There was both a $25.00 late fee and $6.00 interest. I checked my emails and I did not receive a statement in - which the representative said probably did not happen. I would have paid my bill then. He did waive the $25.00 but said that the PayPal process could not refund the $6.00. Yesterday I read that CFPB Takes Action Against PayPal for exactly my problem. I believe I designated that my credit card be charged for the transaction and did not mean to use PayPal credit. How can I join this action for a refund?
