Convergent/- calls me on my cell and at my work number. They wo n't give me any information about the personal issue '' until I verify my last - Social Security numbers, address and birth date, which I will not do unless they tell me why they are calling. They then tell me they will report that I refuse to cooperate, and hang up. There has to be something that can be done to stop this kind of harassment and bullying.
