Security finance in -, T- keeps coming to my place of employment, demands a payment right then and there. I can not pay so they tell me to make a promise of payment, I tell them I do n't want to promise what I ca n't deliver, the lady - then gets louder and causes a scene in my office in front of co-workers and my General Manager. My GM has asked her - now to stop coming up here and causing a scene, the - time he asked I was out if the office and she told him she was here to collect a debt on an unsecured loan and gave him the notice to put on my desK on Friday - -. Today they show back up I inform her that I will lose my job if she throws a fit and causes a scene in front of customers and employees she said I signed a contract that states they can come to my job and ask for a payment whenever I 'm late. I told her that they have been informed by me and my GM not to show up again to collect a debt she was about to leave and threatened to take my to court, by stating That 's fine - we know you make promises and never keep them so we will get our money - way I 'll just see you in court ''. That happened inside so that several coworkers and employees heard her. I told her she was violating the FDCPA regulations and she told she could cause I signed a contract.
