Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Mississippi

I have a - ( - ) loan with ( University -, -, - ) outstanding with - late payments from last year. ECSI told me to fill out a economic hardship application so there is proof of my - last year during those - late payments and they would clear those late payments reported with credit bureau. They accepted my application but the credit bureau is still reporting the - late payments. I need those late payments cleared from my name please. I pay - the amount due on this same loan every month now that my business is reporting income. I would appreciate a little help, especially from all the hard work I put in for a - and the effort it takes to start a business from scratch.
