I applied for a Chase credit card specifically in order to use it for the no balance transfer fee and no interest on transfer balance for 18 months. I was accepted and instructed Chase with all pertinent information to pay off my old - - - - - - - - Visa account. Chase claims they have done this but the - has informed me after repeated inquiries by telephone that they have no record of this transaction. Repeated requests for action from Chase via telephone and their online messaging system have gotten me a promise that I will receive a letter in the - mail in 30 days with an answer to my request. This is unacceptable. Chase made a mistake and is not proactively fixing their error while I am, in good faith, currently paying off - credit card debts.
