every month chase give interest on my account every - of the month. but if i sent a payment before the - they hold the payment and make like the mailman deliver it late.By doing this it leave me with a higher monthly balance were chase can have extra interest. this month i sent in a payment a head of time .I call and my month balance was??? this was on -/-/2015.my payment sent in was on the - of the month.Now chase gave me interest on the - instead of the - were that payment would reduce my monthly balance at a lower balance. BY doing the - of the month the payment didnt show to low my monthly payment .they have been doing tricks like this for a long time getting over on their customs. somebody needs to hold chase accountable.they making money on hold the balance were they would make more at higher monthly balance then they would if i sent in a payment before the calculate the interest for the month due. for example if the balance - and i sent a payment of - before the - the new end monthly balance should be - at apr interest rate. but chase wait to post payment so on the - the monthly balance still be - where the chase can have extra interest payment.so when you seen in that payment it dont show were it help seening in extra payment.
