I made the horrible mistake of opening a - 's - membership. Despite the agreement stating clearly that it was an agreement that could be ended with - day notice prior to the next billing cycle, - 's did their typical behavior and pretended they never got my notice of cancellation. When they charged my card again, I went to the bank and asked them to stop all payments to - 's. They refused and told me that only - 's could stop the withdrawls. I asked to close the account and was told that until - 's ended the withdrawls, they would not close the account. - 's refused to ever acknowledge that I had ever contacted them. I then emptied my bank account and moved to another bank, unable to close this account. - 's kept charging to it, despite having received the letter ending the contractual relationship - -a copy of which was shown to the branch manager of this bank. Of course, the account was empty, but - 's kept charging. This bank started implementing fees for overdrafts, and I kept complaining and they did nothing. They said they 'd contacted - 's who never responded


Ever read -? That is the logic behind this bank 's behavior. Now, I left my current bank and now can not get a checking account because this idiotic situation. - has a very very long and established reputation of doing exactly this to people. The local - went under and was bought out by - hour - and nobody will take any responsibility for this, saying that I have to pay hundreds and hundreds for overdrafts caused by a company with a bad reputation and a bank that refuses to help it 's patrons. Thank-- I did n't put all of my money into this horrible nightmarish bank. I would absolutely recommend that anyone considering this bank run as fast as they can, and that if you have an account with them, that you close it ASAP and get away from them fast! I 'll be happy to testify in any class-action suits, or if you 're an attorney, I 'll happily be your plaintiff.
