Castle payday forwarded this debt to a - party - however on Monday - -, 2015 I received a voice mail on my work voice mail by an unidentified company which is the following : Hello this is - - I 'm calling in regards to a formal complaint that 's been filed against a ( My Name ) if you have any information that may lead to the where abouts of this individual please contact our office immediately at - regarding complaint # ( number here ) the next step will be filing the necessary paperwork with the county district court. This same exact message was left on my father 's cell phone, my sisters cell phone, my other sisters home phone and the home phone of a close friend as well as my work phone as I mentioned previously. Prior to this I have never been contacted to then suddenly be harassed by - phone calls with my personal information going out within approximately - mins going by. I immediately called back and spoke to a gentleman by the name of - @ extension -, it was at that time I identified the company as -. He told me what Castle Payday authorized him to do. I advised him I 'd call back. I followed up with Castle payday today -/-/15 and was told this was sent to a different company entirely. Please assist or advise. Thank you
