collector called did not advise call was recorded or gave mini Miranda he stated i was a pt at plantation hospital asked me to confirm an address they had on file since i was not a pt at the hospital i refused to verify my address he became angry and stated i would no the balance if i opened my i asked for a mgr he hung the call i call back s/w a mgr who stated he would review the call and reprimand the employee
