In -/-/-, I contacted via letter disputes EOS CCA and - - - in response - derogatory marks on my credit reports ( -, - and - ) from - and - - respectively. The problem is I 've only had cellular service through - since -/-/- ( for the past five years ) and I 've never had accounts or service through - or - -. I 've spent the last five months attempting to dispute these debts because they do n't belong to me and I discovered today that the credit reporting companies can only report the information they get from debtors - no matter if that information is inaccurate or fraudulent. Both EOS CCA and - have been reported to the - due to their fraudulent activity, mainly purchasing debts then assigning them away to ANYONE. And because they pay the credit reporting companies money to report any information they provide without having to show proof of debt to the reporting agencies, they can and will attribute any debt to anyone. This is exactly what EOS CCA and - have done to me. Furthermore, after sending dispute letters to - - and - -, neither company has reached out to me or the debt collection agencies to let them know the debts are fraudulent. I want this resolved immediately and I want it to be known EOS CCA and - are reporting inaccurate information on my credit report along with thousands of other Americans.
